Emergency and disaster management Tuesday Briefing for January 26, 2016: Blizzard cleanup begins across the East Coast, airlines cancel at least another 1,600 flights in association with the blizzard, and a small town in Ohio might be facing a similar water crisis to that in Flint, MI.

The plane diverted to Newfoundland, Canada, where three flight attendants and four passengers were taken to a hospital for evaluation.
