Paris Attacks Update: A New Suspect – Arrest Warrant Issued

The suspect was allegedly seen driving in a Renault Clio with another suspect from the attack, Salah Abdeslam. The vehicle was reportedly used later in the attacks. The warrant was issued by a Belgian judge and is both a European and International warrant.
